Demonstrate the ability to hire, develop and continually engage a team of specialized clinical nurses that support our sales offense on a daily basis. This position must set clear direction for each team member on how to support and engage with our salesforce and collective Stryker customer through clinical partnership. + In conjunction with the Clinical Solutions Mangaer, lead, develop and manage the CNC Team with regular communication and clear performance objectives that drives a high level of engagement + Support Clinical Solutions Manager with hiring, developing and performance management of the CNC Team + Collaborate with Clinical Solutions Manager on the identification of clinical outcomes accounts and targets + Collaborate with Clinical Solutions Manager on the sales offense and how the CNC team provides clinical services + Support Clinical Solutions Manager in execution of CNC team focus and efforts to integrate and align these objectives to sales and marketing strategies + In conjunction with the Clinical Solutions Manager, ensure the team provides support including: product positioning, product quality, NPD feedback, pre and post-sale support (education and training) and sales training + Support Clinical Solutions Manager with the management of clinical solutions support for Prevention 360 accounts + In conjunction with the Clinical Solutions Manager, create a team focus on prevention and outcomes in areas of Falls, Pressure Injury Prevention, Mobility and Safe Patient Handling + Identify and execute on opportunities for case studies + Deliver comprehensive reporting to the Clinical Solutions Manager on progress and updates within the Clinical Solutions Team + Track current industry and clinical changes and challenges and disseminate to marketing and sales + Develop and cultivate relationships with industry and market thought leaders, organizations and institutions + Maintain a high level of industry and product knowledge to identify changes in clinical standards and competitive threats + Provide feedback to Clinical Solutions Manager on strategies for improvement + Must be capable of working with and influencing executive levels, internally and externally, to grow relationships and to identify opportunities to maximize agreements in accounts + Participate in the Sales and/or Marketing training of others WHAT YOU NEED B.A. or B.S., BSN or current RN licensure preferred Qualifications/Work Experience Preferred + 7+ years related clinical experience + 3 years management experience, preferred + Excellent presentation skills + Excellent analytical skills + Excellent interpersonal skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Demonstrate effective managerial skills + Excellent organizational skills + Fundamental computer skills + High functioning knowledge of Microsoft Excel + Stryker Medical Sales Training Program + Stryker Medical Product Training Program + Maintain compliance to SLMS deadlines Physical Requirements: + Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects + Must be able to review printed materials + Must be able to communicate with large groups of people + Must be able to communicate telephonically + Must be able to use common office equipment (e.g. calculator, PC, fax machine, etc.) + Must be able to travel up to 75% annually Mental Requirements: + Must be able to generate and explain detailed forecasts, guidelines and procedures + Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine sales issues using independent judgment + Must be able to routinely make decisions which may affect immediate sales operations that have a divisional effect + Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.) Work From Home: Yes Travel Percentage: Up to 75% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
